Ingredientes:
- Para Mousse de Chocolate Negro
- 7 huevos
- 210 g chocolate negro 67-70% Cacao
- 7 cucharadas de azúcar
- Para Mousse de Chocolate

- 210 g Chocolate con menos de 50% de Cacao
- 3 cucharadas de azúcar
Este mousse de chocolate está hecho solo con 2 ingredientes de alto valor nutritivo, chocolate y huevo.
La textura final es muy fina y esponjosa. He propuesto dos combinaciones de ingredientes, selecciona el primer grupo de la lista de ingredientes si te gusta el chocolate negro, si en cambio te gusta el chocolate menos amargo, elige el segundo grupo de ingredientes.
Dada la situación actual con el Corona Virus, creo que te resultará fácil encontrar estos ingredientes rápidamente en el supermercado, así que aprovecha este tiempo de estar en casa para cocinar postres deliciosos.
Decóralo con frutos del bosque, bolitas de chocolate, fresas frescas de temporada o nata montada.
Preparación del Mousse de Chocolate
- Funde el chocolate al baño maría.
- Separa las claras de las yemas.
- Una vez que el chocolate se ha fundido, retira del baño maría, deja templar el chocolate y añade las yemas batidas al chocolate fundido.
- Bate las claras a punto de nieve incorporando el azúcar poco a poco hasta formar un merengue.
- Añade poco a poco el merengue en el chocolate con la espátula con movimientos envolventes hasta que queda una masa homogénea.
- Reparte la mousse en vasitos, si tienes manga pastelera mejor.
- Deja enfriar la mousse en el frigorífico durante al menos 4 horas.
- Decora con bolitas de chocolate crujiente, o con frutos rojos liofilizados crujientes, yo he utilizado las fresas, frambuesas y arándanos liofilizados de Emma´s Müesli o también con fresas frescas que ahora están de temporada.
