- 5 tablespoons sugar

- In a pan or casserole, heat the sugar with the water and a few drops of lemon over medium heat, do not stir as lumps would come out, we will see that after a few minutes the mixture begins to bubble, leave it until the sugar begins to take a golden color, at that time start to stir with the wooden spoon and remove from heat.
- Pour a few drops of lemon and continue stirring until get the golden color of the caramel, let it warm for 1 min
- Spread the caramel in the flannel moving it well throughout the container, turning it or tilting it and let it solidify.
